since a couple of days there's a straycat in the old print works. it's a female, her tummyarea is white and she has a tabby/torti kind of dark back: and she has seen better days: she has no tail either: she is very friendly and we believe that she must have had a home at some point, but considered her state she must have been on the road for quite some time. For the time being we look after her. If you are her real owner or know the owners, please get in touch (contact details on the contact page).

the making of the knitting bowl (planet bowl) a good example of our collaborative efforts. one of our potters made the bowl while becky cut out the coil and glazed it.

Our pottery neighbour Stuart Lightheart has pots in the Royal Birmingham Society of Arts exhibition. Go and have a look until the 28th of March at the RBSA Gallery .

our stan, a photographer, one of the first who set up shop in the old print works. sadly he died early january last year.... i.m.
